All of our hair dryers, curling irons, hair brush straighteners and sets come with a 1 year warranty from the day of purchase. We recommend that you keep your receipt and possibly even the packaging of the product you purchase, as these will serve as proof of purchase. 

After you purchase your product, you have 30 days to register at our website at https://beyondthebeauty.com/styling-tools-warranty 

Fill out the warranty registration form, and pay the $35.99 fee for the warranty. This will make you eligible for returns or exchanges.

Note that you will need to send us a picture of the product by email, plus your proof of purchase FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. You will then get a reply by email within 48 hours about whether or not your return/exchange has been approved. 

Products that have been misused, neglected or have water damage may not be approved for returns/exchanges.
