We recommend that you keep your receipt and possibly even the packaging of the product you purchase, as these will serve as proof of purchase. After you purchase your product, you have 30 days to register at our website at https://beyondthebeauty.com/product-registration Fill out the warranty registration form, and pay the $35.99 fee for the warranty. This will make you eligible for returns or exchanges.
Note that you will need to send us a picture of the product by email, plus your proof of purchase FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. You will then get a reply by email within 48 hours about whether or not your return/exchange has been approved. Products that have been misused, neglected or have water damage may not be approved for returns/exchanges.

With our hair extensions being an intimate product, we do have to be extra careful with our repairs and exchanges. In the UNLIKELY event that your hair extensions become damaged or broken, you will need to contact us at https://beyondthebeauty.com/contact and let us know what the problem is, and have a picture of the product. We will then inspect to see if the damage is due to misuse, neglect, or any other damages. If you are approved for a repair or exchange, here are your options:
- Pay $45.99 for a service repair on your extensions.
- And/or pay 20% of the retail price of the product.
- After you decide which of these two options is the one for you, send us your extensions and your repair will be done by one of our specialists, or you will be sent a brand new product.
- Warranty is for a onetime use only.
